Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
poor cleaning moisture smell
The gym have weights and a treadmill, that was acceptable.
Room cleaning was very poor and the smell of moisture was intense. On arrival, fruits on the table had been eaten. Rat poison was settled.

beach proximity buffet variety helpful staff
my ocean breeze bungalow king was very close to the beach (i could hear the waves at night!). the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food. the staff members were helpful, especially when i needed help with my luggage.
the lighting in the room was a bit dim.

serene getaway
quiet location friendly staff walking distance convenient scooters
i adored the quiet locationwith a PERFECT retreat from the busy city. the staff displayed really good friendliness and were very helpful . i enjoyed being within walking distance of mini-marts and restaurants. the on-site scooters allowed easy exploration of the area.
the only VERY slight inconvenience i experienced was the limited number of sunbeds available near the pool area during peak hours. it sometimes made it challenging to find a spot quickly. BUT it did not affect overall contentment.

Breakfast included a diverse selection of both vietnamese and european dishes. I found many choices to satisfy my morning cravings. restaurants ON the resort grounds provided delicious meals with attentive service. portions were appropriate.

The staff consistently checked in to ensure i was enjoying my visit. They provided prompt assistance when needed. daily room cleaning kept my space immaculate. I really felt pampered. the reception personnel were ALWAYS helpful.

The infinity pool offered ample space for everyone to relax. CLEAN towels were always available. manicured gardens created a tranquil setting throughout the hotel, i loved the ambience. the beach was only steps from my bungalow.

super nice beach holiday!
private beach short walk
this resort boasts a beautiful private beach with really clean white sands. i found plenty of choice for breakfast and so many areas where you can relax. the apartments were a short walk from the beach and i could hear the waves from my balcony, really relaxing for the evenings.

the hotel provided private dinner arrangements for special occasions in a really professional way. spa treatments were amazing and the staff were super professional, also the bar staff are so skilled, they do a great job.

the style of the rooms felt really good. it was comfortable and clean. my room has complimentary yoga, and this begins my day after, i can go for a swim on the beach and have an amazing breakfast.

I loved how the restaurant faced the beach. Dinners watching the sunset were amazing! the infinity pool was beautiful, it was never too crowded and always clean. the staff were friendly and eager to help!
the gym equipment was a bit outdated.

high prices screaming child
the hotel charge exorbitant prices for additional water bottles. i located equivalent bottles outside the resort for a fraction of the cost. a family with a constantly screaming child occupied the room below us. the hotel did nothing about it so this added to the overall unpleasant experience.

organized ground clean bungalow good breakfast bathroom privacy paint smell
i appreciated the well-organized grounds. the bungalow was comfortable and clean. breakfast was very good with many options. the team members were always helpful and friendly!
The outdoor bathroom lacked privacy. i felt exposed to the elements. It woke me up early! glue and paint smells were also present at times.
